Yasco Sato (佐藤 靖子）
Yasco has had the pleasure of teaching since 2005, and is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® pre-trainer. She had been a trainer and a professional dancer for 10 years in New York and 1 year in Singapore, before moving back to Tokyo in 2013.
She was trained in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® method under Julio Hovorth and Young-Ah Kim in New York. She teaches with a highly positive energy, encouraging all of her clients to have fun and find potential mustle groups while maintaining the quality and precision of the movement.
Yasco frequently attends continuing education workshop, and stays up to date on the latest fitness and health treads.
